WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Roger Hodge to a Summary Abatement Order at 642 HALL AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation forthcoming is to layover to October 13, 2015 Legislative Hearing and October 21, 2015 City Council Public Hearing anticipating that there will be an Order for owner to stabilize the garage structure if the City engineer finds that the forklift is a concern; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
