WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Elsie Mayard to a Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 755 MINNEHAHA AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until October 1, 2015 for owner to vacate the property unless she and/or her attorney can sort out Xcel bills to have gas and electric restored or continued; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter grants the owner until October 15, 2015 to vacate or have the power restored.
