Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Emily Baldwin to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 778 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST, the legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 6 months, if the building is sold and occupied legally, the TISH report and Fire Order must be fully disclosed relating to approved building use under the Building Code; and the owner may remove the placard from the building; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
