WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 12-1612 accepted the Report of Completion for the maintenance work performed by the Department of Public Works for the 2012 Right-of-Way Maintenance Program and 2012 Above-Standard Lighting Operation and Maintenance Program.
Preliminary Order: RES 11-1739 Approved 09/14/2011
Final Order: RES PH 11-1056 Approved 12/14/2011 ;and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 3, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the maintenance work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment roll is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable upon each benefitted property in one (1) installment.
