Second Making finding on the appealed substantial abatement ordered for 1213 WOODBRIDGE STREET in Council File RLH RR 24-41.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 24-41 on October 16, 2024 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 1213 Woodbridge Street and continued the $5,000 performance deposit; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on April 22, 2025 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated, but will grant to September 5, 2025 to complete rehab and continue the $10,000 Performance Deposit. If Certificate of Code Compliance is not issued by September 5, forfeit $1,000 of Performance Deposit each week beginning September 17, 2025 City Council Public Hearing until project is complete; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated but will grant to September 5, 2025 for completion of the rehabilitation.
