Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner passed away during assessment inquiry
Staff Comments: PO originally reached out to Public Works because he refused to pay for service he didn't use, stating WM took his cart 8 months ago. While working on a resolution for him, he fell ill, and eventually passed away. Staff recommends removing the Quarter 4 2024 assessment.
