WHEREAS on July 22, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 20-76 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2019. (File No. CG2001D3, Assessment No. 200114); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1122 Jackson Street, being described as: Ransom’s Addition to St. Paul Lots 4 & Lot 5 Blk 3, with the property identification number 30-29-22-12-0022 was assessed an amount of $109.64; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment from $109.64 to $66.17 since owner has switched the cart to the smallest size; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $109.64, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $66.17.  Council File No. RLH AR 20-76 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
