Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1122 JACKSON STREET in Council File RLH SAO 19-44.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 19-44 on October 2, 2019 which granted an extension to December 1, 2019 to remove the boiler and electrical from the temporary greenhouse structure at 1122 Jackson Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on December 3, 2019 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
