WHEREAS, in the matter of appeal of Roger Stadler to a Summary Abatement Order at 1122 JACKSON STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to December 1, 2018 to remove the temporary structures unless owner can provide manufacture specifications to show that the structure is structurally sound and grant appeal on skid steer, which shall be reviewed in one year's time to determine it has continued its non-commercial use; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
