Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1122 JACKSON STREET in Council File RLH SAO 19-44.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 19-44 on October 2, 2019 which granted an extension to May 15, 2020 to abate the accessory structures and new garage construction at 1122 Jackson Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 19, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated; however, due to Covid-19 and the owner's health concerns, grant additional extension until December 31, 2020 to comply with orders with no further extension granted.
