WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Shai Leibovich to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1017 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to July 16, 2021 for items relating to meter cover, air conditioner and blocked egress (items 2, 5 & 12) and grant to August 10 for the balance of the July 2, 2021 orders; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
