WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Bob Marley, Jr. to a Summary Abatement Order, Vehicle Abatement Order, and Correction Notice at 1450 DALE STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to July 16, 2021 for compliance with the appealed Summary & Vehicle Abatement Orders and Correction Notice dated April 29, 2021 refer the matter back to June 22, 2021 Legislative Hearing for status of necessary permits; grant 30 days to June 22, 2021 for compliance with the vehicle abatement order & cleanup of all non-building and building materials which are not related to building/repair of shed; grant 90 days for compliance with orders related to repair or removal of fence and shed structures, conditioned upon property owner pulling a permit before June 22, 2021; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
