WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 20-51 on March 3, 2021 which granted 100 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 1629 Hartford Avenue; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 15, 2021 under File RLH RR 21-19 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated but recommends the Council 1) continue the $5000 performance deposit; 2) grant an additional extension for 90 60 days to October September 7, 2021 for completion of the rehabilitation; refer the matter to October 12 September 14, 2021 Legislative Hearing to review whether the nuisance condition has been abated and develop a report for Council consideration; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council stays action on its findings pending recommendation of the legislative hearing officer.
