WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Narayan Agrawal to a Notice of Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 275 MCKNIGHT ROAD SOUTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and the building must be vacated by September 11 at 3:30 p.m. ; noting the tenants or owner may bring forth proposal(s) by noon Thursday, September 5, 2019 proposing methods for maintaining safe and sanitary conditions if the are requesting to re-open; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
