WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Gail Koslowski and Cornelius E. Brown Jr. to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate at 1692-1694 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) remove the excessive locks off the doors and hasp locks from all doors immediately, 2) grant to September 10, 2019 to vacate if not in compliance with balance of orders; 3) if items are completed by October 1, 2019 the Fire Certificate of Occupancy may be reinstated, rather than being referred to the Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
