WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Gail Koslowski to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 1692-1694 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny and grant an extension to September 1, 2016 to address the items in the July 8th Fire inspection order; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
