Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Lynn Fagerness to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1127 RAYMOND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council  grant an extension to December 1, 2018 for the roof repair and Unit 6 stairway repairs, noting that if the roof is repaired and not the Unit 6 stairway, Unit 6 will need to be vacated; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
