WHEREAS, on October 10, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 18-49, said Resolution being the Council decision on the Order to Vacate and Revoke the Fire Certificate of Occupancy for 1127 Raymond Avenue by Decembber 1, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed Ms. Fagerness appeal for additional time to vacate Unit 1 of this property on December 11, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant Ms. Fagerness an additional extension to January 1, 2019 to vacate the Unit 1 of the building, conditioned on no other units becoming occupied and the subsequent referral of the property to the Vacant Builidng Program; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council grants extension to January 1, 2019 for the property to be vacated.
