WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Rafael Fuentes to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate at 436-438 PAGE STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal but will waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; property should become a registered vacant building and owner will need to obtain a code compliance inspection and new permits will need to pulled; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
