WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Nichole Ruiz to a Notice of Condemnation-Unfit for Human Habitation-Order to Vacate at 666 ARLINGTON AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the condemnation and order to vacate and grant until September 17, 2021 for compliance as provided there is progress for and completion of items as represented in the work plan at the August 11, 2021 inspection and noting that item 21 must be completed by a licensed exterminator; grant the appeal to be released from the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program and items will be transferred to Code Enforcement; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
