Second Making finding on the appealed substantial abatement ordered for 925 MAGNOLIA AVENUE EAST in Council File RLH RR 25-25.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 25-25 on September 10, 2025 which granted and additional 180 days and continued the $5,000 performance deposit to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 925 Magnolia Avenue East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on March 10, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated, but grant an additional 180 days and continue the $5,000 performance deposit as owner has met 90% completion; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated but grant an additional 180 days to complete abatement of the nuisance by way of rehabilitation or razing and removal and continue $5,000 performance deposit.
