Legislative Hearing Staff Comments
Appellant told me that Inspector Senty told her that she could still appeal the Vacant Building Registration Notice. I called Mr. Senty to confirm, and he advised me that he did tell her that she could do so. Mr. Senty also said that because of some language barrier issues, he has been struggling to get Appellant to complete corrections as listed in the Revocation of Fire C of O and Order to Vacate, so he stated that they are appealing that as well in an attempt to get more time to complete some of these things. I attached the Vacant Building Fee Modification Request as well as the Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate. KF
