The owners of the apartment complex wish to increase rent by greater than 3% and have successfully applied for an exception to the Saint Paul Rent Stabilization Ordinance.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Christine Hackney to a Rent Stabilization Determination at 400 SELBY AVENUE, Apt 327, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends denying the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
