Title

Third Making finding on the appealed substantial abatement ordered for 318 EDMUND AVENUE in Council File RLH RR 22-1.

 

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 22-1 on April 13, 2022 which granted additional 180 days until November 13, 2022 to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 318 Edmund Avenue; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 22, 2022 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated but will recommend the Council grant an additional extension for 3 months until March 28, 2023 for the completion of the rehabilitation or the $10,000 performance deposits will be forfeited; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is stayed until March 28, 2023.
