Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 653 REANEY AVENUE in Council File RLH VO 22-13.

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH VO 22-13 on May 11, 2022 which granted an extension to May 16, 2022 to abate the nuisance conditions at 653 Reaney Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 17, 2022 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
