Appeal of Linda Konicek to a Summary Abatement Order at 653 REANEY AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal: Disabled/mobility impaired:need more time/ other tenant sends vicious-acting dogs out to harrass - plus tenant and her non-tenant guests severely harrass me/ + fleas plus pestilence from dogs. I have been made very sick (severe upper respiratory infection for months). To kill flea eggs put belongings outside to freeze a lot of the eggs - for 1st time I could cough less/ breathe more.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Linda Konicek to a Summary Abatement Order at 653 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal but will grant an extension to March 3, 2017 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
