Purpose of Appeal:
#6 - Retaining Wall - I believe the wall is not on my property.
#7 - Oil tank has been out of service & empty for at least 70 yrs. & presents no threat.
#8 - Doors open & close fine & have been bolted. No need to replace them.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ray Moore to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 710 DESOTO STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) refer back to Legislative Hearing on August 17, 2021 for update on survey analysis pertaining to retaining wall location in relation to property boundary; 2) grant to October November 1, 2021 for removal of oil tank in basement under permit and retaining wall repair; and 2 3) grant to August 16, 2021 for balance of the orders to be reinspected for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
