Purpose of Appeal
The driveway had been considered approved for at least 40 years or more. I would like to continue to use it for parking until the summer of 2014, at which time I plan to use asphalt instead of Class V gravel for a surface.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Ray Moore to a Correction Notice at 710 DESOTO STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council[recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
