Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department in the amount of $17,943.73 for the reimbursement from Ramsey County Public Health for COVID-19 vaccinators.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department will be reimbursed by Ramsey County Public Health for all costs to provide firefighters to be COVID-19 vaccinators from February - June 2021; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the COVID-19 vaccinators is $17,943.73; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the reimbursement; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $17,943.73 in excess of those estimated in the 2021 budget; Now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council that $17,943.73 is available for appropriation in the 2021 budget, and said budget, as heretofore adopted by the Council, is hereby amended as outlined in the attached financial analysis.
