WHEREAS, CJ Tunes LLC (License ID # 20210000857), d/b/a CJ Tunes, located at 186 Forbes Avenue, has applied for a Class N license for Auto Repair Garage;
WHEREAS, a notification regarding the license application was sent from the Department of Safety and Inspections to the affected neighborhood for the period of May 27, 2021 to June 25, 2021; and
WHEREAS, during the notification period, objections were received which triggered the hearing, and a hearing was held on June 12, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the objections were related to parking availability and noise; and
WHEREAS, after conducting the hearing and considering the testimony, the Deputy Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the application for CJ Tunes LLC (License ID # 20210000857), d/b/a CJ Tunes, located at 186 Forbes Avenue, be approved with no conditions.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves this license application with no conditions.
