WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Shai Leibovich to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 980 CONWAY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to July 13, 2021 for compliance with the orders, except those relating to the heating/mechanical system, which shall have a deadline of September 1, 2021, and waive the Vacant Building fee for 90 days to September 2, 2021; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
