WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Shai Leibovich and Carolyn Brown, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 980 CONWAY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, on July 7, 2021 adopted by Council, under File RLH VBR 21-38, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council granted an extension to July 13, 2021 for compliance with the orders, except those relating to the heating/mechanical system, which shall have a deadline of September 1, 2021, and waived the Vacant Building fee for 90 days to September 2, 2021; and
WHEREAS, on January 2, 2022, Carolyn Brown is requesting a review of this case; and
WHEREAS, the matter will be reviewed on January 4, 2022 Legislative Hearing; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
