AMENDED 6/16/21

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH VBR 21-32 on June 16, 2021 which granted an extension to June 14, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions in the yard at 854 Euclid Street; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 15, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated forthcoming, pending June 15, 2021 Legislative Hearing; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with the nuisance abatement is forthcoming.
