Purpose of Appeal:  Due to COVID and non cooperation of occupants/squatters, need time to repair and sell property - 120 days. (Also see attached letter.)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Steven Kraut, Apogee Properties, to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 58 LAWSON AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to July 30, 2021 for compliance as an approved work plan was submitted, conditioned upon property owner submitting an approved work plan for compliance by close of business June 8, 2021; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
