Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Elec Permit pulled 12/10/19 by Safe Electric Inc for $3,200 - RI w/corrections Jan '20, still open; Plumbing pulled Feb of '20 for $7,000 is finalled; Bldg Permit for $15,000 pulled by Pinnacle Renovations LLC no inspections; Bldg Permit for re-roof for $5,100 by Pinnacle Renovations LLC - inspected and corrections required. US Bank NA still lists as owner with county.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Chris Johnson to the Code Compliance Certificate Requirement and Summary Abatement Order at 1764 BUSH AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to August 2, 2021 to have permits finaled and property receive code compliance certificate, or property will be vacated; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
