WHEREAS, Ayari LLC d/b/a Auto Max (License ID #20210000124) applied for an Auto Repair Garage license for the premises located at 555 University Avenue West in Saint Paul: and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions agreed to by the applicant are reasonable and that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, an Auto Repair Garage license are hereby approved and issued to Ayari LLC d/b/a Auto Max (License ID #20210000124) for the premises located at 555 University Avenue West in Saint Paul.
