Purpose of Appeal: I, Paul P. Stefanyshyn, was only notified by calling the City of St. Paul on 11/12/2020 of order. I am asking for additional time to comply in order to determine with the zoning department the question of appropriate and approved pad for the R.V. I am also asking because of inclement weather. WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Paul F. Stefanyshyn to a Summary Abatement Order and Vehicle Abatement Order at 98 GARFIELD STREET [title of legislative ], the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to January 1, 2021 for compliance with all exterior items; 2 of the plastic barrels removed and 4 remaining must be stored upside down; and camper/trailer to be removed by December 9, 2020; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
