Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 98 GARFIELD STREET in Council File RLH SAO 20-47.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-47 on December 16, 2020 which granted an extension to January 1, 2021 to comply with all exterior items, including 2 of the plastic barrels removed and 4 remaining must be stored upside down at 98 Garfield Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 5, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
