Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): You keep sending me a bill saying that I owe $99.43 for my garbage. It was paid a week after. Quit sending me these bills, figure out what your mistake is, take care of it, call me and let em know that you did it.

Staff Comments: Republic records show that property owner attempted to pay the Q2 2020 invoice on 06/16/2020 but the payment was declined. There was no other payment attempt by the property owner during Q2 2020. As property owner has not provided sufficient proof of payment, staff recommends approving the assessment. It should be noted that the letter referencing the collection being done by Coast to Coast Financial Solutions on behalf of Republic was for a missed payment from May 2014. This was six years before the invoice for Q2 2020 was generated.
