Title

Appeal of Melissa and Francois Kiemde to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection at 1279 RANDOLPH AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH: May 26, 2020; 1:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal: We purchased the building November 30, 2019 and inherited this situation from Starlight Mgmt. The sink is operational. Our intention is to remodel the second unit in one year's time, after the current lease is up. At that time, we will be able to open up the walls and make the plumbing updates necessary. We are in the process of engaging an architect to draw up the plans to add a third unit to the property. Because of these unprecedented circumstances, making any plans for these changes has been prohibited.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: April 9, 2020 (appeal accepted per Mai Vang)

Inspector/Key Staff: Laura Huseby
