Title

Appeal of James Cannon to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection (which includes condemnation of Unit 1) at 752 CARROLL AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, March 10, 2020, 11:30 a.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  I was told I'd be given time to fix furnace and electrical.  Also, the tenant has moved out so the property is now owner-occupied.  I plan to fix the furnace and electrical once I move back in this week.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  February 28, 2020

Inspector/Key Staff:  David Smith

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Correction Notice indicated that the reinspection is today (March 10) at 2:30 p.m. which was about 2 hours after the appellant filed this appeal.  Appellant said that he would not be at the reinspection because he is a teacher and does not have anyone to replace him.
