Purpose of Appeal: I need more time to correct source of the problems. I would also need money for these corrections and I have an issue with source of the corrections requested. Some corrections need warmer weather.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Francis Garcia to a Correction Notice at 312 BRIMHALL STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny and grant to February 1, 2019 for tenant to vacate the upper level; grant the appeal on the one-inch throw dead bolt lock order; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
