Title

Appeal of William Dunnigan to a Notice of Condemnation-Unfit for Human Habitation-Order to Vacate at 754 BLAIR AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, August 28, 2018, 11:30 a.m. (at September 11 LH, Layover to September 18)

Purpose of Appeal:  Had been working w/City inspector.  Property is vacant due to UD action.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  August 9, 2018

Inspector/Key Staff:  Maicee Hervang

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  1) Day after the appeal was filed (8/16), this was opened at a Cat. 2 Registered Vacant Building (8/17) - so VB staff are copied on the appeal, but we'll keep the hearing at 11:30 and VB staff won't need to attend and we can catch them up afterwards at 2:30.

2) Xcel shut-offs listed for 8/6 for both gas and electric - these are the utilities not clearly referenced in item #1 in the orders. It appears water is still on. -MM
