Purpose of Appeal: The deficiency list has been completed for sometime now. The permit was filed for the hot water heater inspected and final was conducted by Steve, the plumbing inspector. Informed Inspector Thomas by email, attached a copy of the blue card reading passed, called Tom Friel Code (Enforcement Officer), informed him of the issue. The plumber contacted the inspector to close out the permit.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Gonzo Guerra, Connection Realty, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1056 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
