WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Keren Orr to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 362 SHERBURNE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to July 1, 2018 for Item 3 - exterior garage (large cracks/opening in concrete block wall, main garage door is damaged and roof section is sagging); Item 4 - exterior roof (back section is damaged and has a hole); Item 5 - exterior screens (torn screens and damaged on windows/doors); Item 6 - exterior sidewalk & stairs (large sidewalk area behind garage in disrepair and front stairs is cracked and damaged); and Item 7 - exterior throughout (peeling paint around the house, missing siding, soffit & front retaining wall is cracked and damaged); Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
