WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Keren Orr to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection at 362 SHERBURNE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) grant until July 1, 2014 for the driveway to come into compliance; and 2) recommend that the Department of Safety and Inspections issue a parallel set of orders for the neighboring property, 364 Sherburne Avenue, which shares the driveway; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
