WHEREAS, the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners has referred a repurchase application for property at 691 Dale Street North to the City of Saint Paul for a recommendation;

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has reviewed police, building, and property maintenance code violations within the past five years; and

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has determined the property at 691 Dale Street North is a municipal problem; therefore, be it

RESOLVED the City of Saint Paul recommends that the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners allow for the repurchase of the property at 691 Dale Street North, provided the owner sells the property within 120 days; and further

RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is requested to forward a certified copy of this Council resolution to the Ramsey County Tax Forfeited Land Office, 90 Plato Boulevard West for final processing.
