Finding noncompliance with the July 7, 2016 Summary Abatement Order for 76 WHEELOCK PARKWAY EAST and directing abatement of the nuisance condition.

WHEREAS, on February 15, 2017, the City Council adopted Council File RLH SAO 17-10 which amended Council File RLH SAO 16-21, adopted September 7, 2016, to grant Gan Mizrachi-Monti an additional extenstion to a July 7, 2016 Summary Abatement Order for 76 Wheelock Parkway East; and
WHERAS, the City Council granted an extension to March 1, 2017 for the removal of all on-site storage of construction materials, including tree branches, debris other accumulated refuse and granted to April 1, 2017 for removal of the semi-trailler; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections inspected 76 Wheelock Parkway East on April 3, 2017 and found there was not compliance with the order and presents that finding to the City Council; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the City Council accepts the finding there has not been compliance with the July 7, 2016 orders within the extended time granted and therefore the Department of Safety and Inspections is directed to abate the nuisance condition outlined in these orders.
