Title

Amending Council File RLH SAO 16-21, adopted September 7, 2016, to grant Gan Mizrachi-Monti an additional extension to a Summary Abatement Order for property at 76 WHEELOCK PARKWAY EAST.

 

Body

WHEREAS, on September 7, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH SAO 16-21, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal decision to a Summary Abatement Order for property at 76 Wheelock Parkway East; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council grant Gan Mizrachi-Monti grant an extension to December 1, 2016 to remove all on-site storage of construction materials, including the trailer, unless explicitly allowed under permit by the Department of Safety and Inspections; and

 

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and

 

WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the property; and

 

WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on February 7, 2017 to review its appeal for granting the extension; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends the City Council 1) grant to March 1, 2017 for the removal of all on-site storage of construction materials, including tree branches, debris and other accumulated refuse as needed; and 2) grant to April 1, 2017 for the semi-trailer and its contents; Now Therefore, Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that extensions are hereby granted as outlined above.
