WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to December 1, 2016 to remove all on-site storage of construction materials, including the trailer, unless explicitly allowed under permit by the Department of Safety and Inspections;
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation on September 7, 2016, File No. RLH SAO 16-21;
WHEREAS, Gan Mizrachi-Monti is requesting for additional time to clean up the construction materials.
